This policy explains how OZO Soft ("we") collects and processes the personal data
of visitors to ozo-soft.com.

1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through our forms:

• Digital self-assessment form: organisation name, link to your
  website, city, full name, role, email address, WhatsApp number, and your answers to
  the questionnaire.
• Offer download form: organisation name, full name, email address,
  WhatsApp number.
• Contact form: email address, subject and content of the message.

We also collect browsing data (pages viewed, source, device type)
through Google Analytics 4 and, where applicable, the Google Ads campaign identifier
(gclid).

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Responding to your requests and sending you the results or documents you asked for
  (performance of your request);
• Contacting you about your project, with the consent you give when submitting the
  form (consent);
• Measuring site traffic and the effectiveness of our campaigns (legitimate interest /
  consent for advertising cookies).

4. Cookies and analytics

Through Google Tag Manager the site sets analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) and
advertising conversion cookies (Google Ads). A Facebook cookie (Meta Pixel) is also
present. You can refuse or delete these cookies from your browser settings. Cookies
strictly necessary for the site to work (session, bot protection) cannot be disabled.

5. Recipients

Your data is accessible only to the OZO Soft team. It is shared with our technical
processors: website host, email delivery service, Google (Analytics and Ads), Meta
(Pixel). No data is sold.

6. Retention

Form data: 3 years from the last contact. Analytics data: 14 months (Google
Analytics 4 default setting).

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your
data. To exercise it, email contact@ozo-soft.com.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated. The date at the top of the page indicates the latest
version.
