OZO Soft carried out the graphic redesign and CMS optimization of the ACEFA Programme website (Cameroon), working as subcontractor for a partner agency.
OZO Soft was engaged by a partner agency to subcontract on the ACEFA Programme website: improve the graphic charter and implement a multi-user publishing system for staff across several Cameroonian regions. Main difficulty: organizational — coordinating at three levels (OZO Soft, mandating agency, ACEFA team) while maintaining responsiveness and quality.
ACEFA — Programme for Improving the Competitiveness of Agro-pastoral Family Farms — is under Cameroon’s Ministry of Agriculture, covering:
Covers 6 regions: Far North, North, West, East, Centre and Littoral — requiring a decentralized, field-accessible publishing tool.
Color consistency, typography, layout improvements for better reading experience.
Role-based profiles allowing multiple ACEFA agents to publish, edit and approve content independently from the field.
Highlighting institutional publications (ACEF’ACTU) for beneficiary resource dissemination.
Delivery on time despite three-level validation chain: OZO Soft — agency — ACEFA team.
