The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) office in Bertoua, in Cameroon’s East Region, engaged OZO Soft to design and produce a set of institutional printed materials, including a branded notepad. The assignment imposed a dual requirement: scrupulously respecting the official graphic charter of a UN organization — with its color codes, logo proportions and typographic rules — while delivering a flawless printed product worthy of representing the institution in the field.
The UNHCR — the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees — is the UN agency responsible for the international protection of refugees and displaced persons. Its Bertoua office covers eastern Cameroon, an important reception area for refugee populations from neighboring countries. For such an institution, every communication material is a brand touchpoint: graphic quality and print precision are not optional.
Our team took charge of the entire creative and production process:
Creation of the layout respecting the official UNHCR visual identity — UN blue, certified logo, institutional typefaces.
Several visual simulations produced and submitted for approval before launching final production.
Preparation of print-ready technical files (resolution, bleed, color profiles) and quality control upon delivery.
The client expressed complete satisfaction upon receipt of the order. The simulations validated in advance faithfully reflected the final product delivered.
